Our recent investigation and research in PVD coating for medical field leads us to the new invention which is also a new class of PVD coatings.

This anti-fouling PVD coating is developed to prevent or reduce the bacterial biofilm formation on medical implants.

With less bacterial biofilm on implants we can expect more success rate for the surgical operation and better overall health quality of patients.

We also found the by-product of this technology that leads to Anti-Stick PVD coating that can be used on cookware.

This Anti-Stick PVD coating has very high surface hardness, ultra-strong adhesion strength and durability of PVD hard coatings while having good Anti-Stick properties that can’t be found on ordinary PVD coatings.

NanoShield Anti-Stick PVD coatings don’t involve PFAS, PFOA or PTFE for film formation process.

These coatings have intrinsic Anti-Stick properties by itself and are not relying on other surface patterning or modifications to achieve this effect.
